Pland Properties (PTY) LTD StudentResidence.co.za is a subsidiary of PLAND PROPERTIES (PTY) LTD. The organization is one of the largest providers of student accommodation to the major academic institutions in Cape Town. Pland Properties is able to accomodate up to 300 students annually across its residences located in and around Mowbray.

Over the years, we have established a constistent flow of students enabling us to expand our offering by acquiring and developing additional residences - whilst maintaining the quality service that our students
have become accustomed to.All of our establishments are equipped with student friendly furnishings providing the utmost convenience for students from upcountry! Bedrooms are equipped with beds, cupboards, desks and chairs. We have a number of residences in Cape Town's Southern Suburbs - which is a stones throw away from the University of Cape Town, and ten minutes away from Cape Peninsula University of Technology. Along the UCT Jammie shuttle route! |
